Start with a creamy fondue prepared with a special blend of Swiss cheeses, melted to the right size. To accompany, artisanal bread, coconut potatoes, crispy fried polenta, guava, pepperoni

Then, the meat arrives to be grilled on the stone, whenever and however you prefer. Rump, pork fillet, chicken and pepperoni are accompanied by 12 sauce options, creating different combinations with each piece

Finally, the classic that cannot be missed in Gramado: artisanal chocolate fondue accompanied by creamy fudge, strawberry, banana, pineapple, melon, grape, orange, wafer, marshmallow and biju
